Some changed my.life line service and my.phone no longer works
Life line service went down, no notification. I still qualify with medical and in the program. Please turn the phone on; someone canceled the service.

Well I am supost to have unlimited talk text and data and I don't my internet is already out and they was supost of sent me a 5g sim card and sent me a 4g sim card

I had my phone for only 3 days and I found out that it was previously owned it had other customers information on it and it started to not work it said that my phone is corrupt and I can't use my phone I had it for less then I month. They will not replace it and I was told that I need to get a job and stop relying on the Federal Government

Uncaring for the situation at hand. Not understanding
Yea Im sorry Im having a hard time receiving the SIM card. It says it delivers, but I look on my camera and see nobody approach my porch or mailbox.
Its an inconvenience for me to pay the $5 fee If it had never arrived at all.
Im not sure what to do at this point and you can clearly see the account or number isnt being used for months now. Im afraid if action isnt taken, I could lose my services.
