This is the worst place I have ever seen to get phone service they all got issues but Lord have mercy we get these phones for a reason

A phone that works, and doesn't get so hot in my hand that it makes me feel like my hands on fire. It stuck right now doing this. I have a Samsung galaxy.. thus phone is a disgrace it has so many problems since right when I got it

For some reason I can't login to my account . I need to get my enrollment number please.

I have been with them for close to a year now and I have been calling and calling and calling trying to talk someone about my account , my current status and some other things.

I have been with them for almost a year I have been calling and calling and calling trying to contact someone about my account, check my current status and some other things. I can never get through to anyone I'm put on hold for a very long time and then it disconnects I'm just tired of getting the runaround and I want to cancel my account It's not right to do people like this and not responding to their complaints or whatever is needed It's been over 120 days
